Auto grabber stardew valley wiki12/14/2023 ![]() ![]() It can also be obtained by killing monsters or breaking crates/barrels in the mines during a late game quest called "Danger In The Deep" and after activating the "Shrine of Challenge" which you can only do once you have finished the "Danger In The Deep" quest. But if you went with the Community Center route, it is only obtainable through treasure chests in the skull cavern. It is quite easy to obtain if you went with the Joja route. There is another machine called the auto-petter. The actual "having to pat" is a different matter. ![]() You can then collect everything from the auto-grabber whenever you want. They will suck up every animal product (even wool) and collect it on a daily basis. Much longer term, Artisan-boosted cask-aged cheese has lovely gold/day values.Originally posted by ChrillBill:Two things.ġ) Once you have upgraded a coop or barn to deluxe, it will keep the animals automatically fed as long as you have a good stock of hay in your silo/s.Ģ) Once you have reached level 10 farming, Marnie will sell the auto-grabber for 25k each. Remember to look only at the unstarred wines, since I presume you don't yet have the final house upgrade and casks to age up the wine. Those tables also display the wine and jelly/pickle values for easy reference. If you want actual tables, you can sort fruits by base price here and vegetables by base price here. In fact, only pumpkins and red cabbage make more raw money as juice than as pickles, and since juice takes longer, the gold/day of pickles is probably better. The juice is 2.25 times the base value of the vegetable, so you generally want to make your vegetables into pickles. Note that coffee is very quick to process in the keg and has a good profit margin beer and hops are also faster than wine and have good gold-per-day values. But don't stash 700 cranberries on the theory that, say, three kegs will eventually handle them you can cash out most of those and grow more cranberries by the time your kegs get anywhere near catching up, since wine takes something like a week. If you're low on stored stuff, process in the above order but process everything if you can wait. Artisan adds a flat percentage to all values, of course, so if you have the processing capacity, you'll have to work out whether you want money now or more money later on those. You probably just want to sell any gold-quality fruits/vegetables and possibly also silver-quality ones, since the processing margins on those are much lower. Make jelly from your salmonberries if you've got any preserves jars free pickles/jelly are double the base price plus 50, so the cheapest stuff profits nicely from that +50. If you've got more stored fruits than kegs, process the most expensive base-quality fruits to wine, because wine is worth three times the base sell price of fruit, so your margins are higher. In the shorter term, kegs and preserves jars will serve you nicely if you can build them. The auto-grabber just saves you effort it doesn't save you any money at all, unless you don't yet have a milking pail (or, if you have sheep, shears) or can't keep up with milking/shearing. It's all about what you enjoy, really, and how fast you want to get things done. There's people who also just fish, or make cheese, or mine then sell iridium & gold bars. The only thing is, they are a lot of maintenance, so unless you like that play style, that's why many people opt out of it. Pigs are close to the same amount a year as an ancient fruit factory, or you could even do both. Some where deeeeep in my posts I did the exact math too, but I post way too often. If you want more info, I'd google ancient fruit farm Stardew as so many people have done it. Over all you could make 12-15 mil a year with that set up. You want enough Starfruit for 2 casking sessions. Grow Starfruit in the Summer, keg it, then cask it for an extra 1+ mil every 2 seasons depending on your layout. It takes a long while (especially if you mine the ore you need instead of spending extra cash on it from Clints), but is well worth it. The meta for Artisan is def ancient fruit wine in the green house and then having enough kegs to process it all. Buy it for Console: PS4, Switch, Xbox One.or apply for prestige flair!
